I can not believe it has been 6 months since the plane crash. It feels like it happened just yesterday. It's crazy how time has passed so quickly.
Ryan's birthday is Saturday. His parents are planning a balloon release at the grave. My children's choir is singing at 8:45 am on Sunday, so I can not go with them. I am going to release some balloons up here at the same time they release there.

When Evan was two or three and he would see a balloon flying away he would get very upset. After Bunky died we told him that the balloons were going to her and the other angels. A couple of weeks ago, he said "mom, do you think the balloons that don't get to Heaven might be picked up by UFO's?" I was so surprised to hear him bring up balloons going to Heaven after such a long time. I think a lot of angels will be smiling with Ryan on Saturday when his birthday balloons arrive. I love you so much!
